1. Accepting these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Vibezo website and cashback service (“Vibezo”), run from Tronglaobi Awang Leikai, Manipur, India. By using Vibezo you agree to these terms, our Cashback Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Vibezo.

2. What Vibezo does

Vibezo lists offers from retailers. When you buy from a retailer through a Vibezo link, the retailer may pay us a commission, and we share part of it with you as cashback, on the terms shown on the offer and in our Cashback Policy.

Vibezo is not the seller of any product or service listed by retailers. We don't handle your payment to the retailer.

3. Who can use Vibezo

• You must be 18 or older and living in India.
• You must give accurate details, and keep your email address and UPI ID up to date.
• One person may hold only one Vibezo membership.
• Payouts can only be made to a UPI ID registered in your own name.

4. Offers and cashback

Each offer shows its cashback rate and conditions. Retailers can change or end their programmes, so rates and conditions may change; the terms shown when you clicked through apply to that purchase, subject to the retailer's confirmation.

Cashback is not money held on your behalf until the retailer confirms it and it shows as Approved. Full details, including when cashback can be declined, are in our Cashback Policy.

5. Withdrawals

You can request a withdrawal when your approved cashback is ₹100 or more. Withdrawals are paid only by UPI to an ID in your name. We may verify your identity and the UPI ID before paying.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

• place fake, fraudulent or self-cancelled orders to earn cashback;
• use automated tools, scripts or bots, or interfere with tracking;
• create multiple memberships or use someone else's details;
• misuse coupons in breach of an offer's conditions;
• copy, scrape or misuse this website or its content.

If we reasonably suspect misuse, we may hold or cancel the related cashback, and suspend or close the membership involved. We will tell you why, unless the law prevents it.

7. Retailers and their websites

When you buy from a retailer, your contract is with that retailer. Products, prices, delivery, warranties, returns and refunds are the retailer's responsibility, under the retailer's own terms. Please contact the retailer about anything to do with your order.

Retailer names and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing them on Vibezo does not mean they endorse Vibezo.

8. Our content

The Vibezo name, logo, design and website content belong to Vibezo. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

9. No guarantees on tracking

We work hard to make tracking reliable, but it depends on retailers, their tracking partners, and your browser. We cannot guarantee that every purchase will track or be approved. We will help investigate missing cashback as described in the Cashback Policy.

Vibezo is not a bank, wallet or investment product, and cashback is not a source of guaranteed income.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vibezo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything a retailer does or fails to do. Our total liability to you for any claim about cashback is limited to the approved cashback we owe you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Closing your membership

You can stop using Vibezo at any time and ask us to close your membership by emailing support@vibezo.in. We may suspend or close memberships that breach these terms. Before closing, we will help you withdraw any approved cashback that meets the ₹100 minimum, unless it is linked to misuse.

12. Social platforms

This website is not part of, and is not endorsed or administered by, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or any other social platform. Any promotion run on those platforms is Vibezo's own, and the platform's own terms also apply to your use of it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Manipur, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under consumer protection law. Please contact us first — most issues can be sorted out by email.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page; significant changes will be highlighted on this website before they take effect.
