1. Who we are

Vibezo (“we”, “us”) is a cashback and rewards platform for shoppers in India. Our address is Tronglaobi Awang Leikai, Manipur, India, and you can reach us at support@vibezo.in.

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use this website, contact us, or earn and withdraw cashback through Vibezo. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

2. What this website collects

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party trackers, and it does not store anything you type.

The contact form does not send data to us directly. When you submit it, it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.

Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not used to identify or profile you.

3. Data we collect from you and from retailers

Depending on how you use Vibezo, we may hold:

• Contact details — your name and email address when you write to us.
• Cashback records — information retailers or their tracking partners send us about a purchase you made through a Vibezo link: retailer, order reference, order date, order value, commission and status. We do not receive your card or payment details.
• Payout details — the UPI ID you give us for withdrawals, and the payout reference.
• Messages — what you tell us in support emails, including screenshots you choose to attach.

4. How we use your data

• To track, confirm and pay your cashback.
• To investigate missing or declined cashback with retailers.
• To verify payouts and prevent fraud, abuse or duplicate claims.
• To reply to your questions and send you service messages about your cashback.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process this data because you asked us to provide the service, with your consent, or where the law requires it. We do not send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed, and only with:

• Retailers and their tracking partners — to attribute orders to Vibezo and to investigate missing or declined cashback.
• Payment service providers — to send UPI payouts.
• Service providers — such as our email and website hosting providers, who process data on our instructions.
• Authorities — when the law requires it, or to protect users and Vibezo against fraud.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

6. Retailer websites and social platforms

When you leave Vibezo for a retailer's website, that retailer's own privacy policy applies to everything you do there.

If you interact with Vibezo on social platforms such as Facebook or Instagram (operated by Meta), or reach us through an advertisement there, those platforms process your data under their own policies. If we ever add an advertising or measurement tool to this website, we will update this policy before doing so and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, until your cashback has been paid and any query is resolved — and for any longer period that tax, accounting or other laws require. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

This website is served over HTTPS and does not collect data through forms. We limit access to personal data to people who need it to run the service, and we use reputable providers for email, hosting and payouts. No system is completely secure, so if you notice anything suspicious, tell us straight away.

Vibezo will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, card details or passwords.

9. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this won't affect anything we did before);
• raise a grievance with us, and if you're not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Write to support@vibezo.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

10. How to delete your data

Email support@vibezo.in from the email address you use with Vibezo, with the subject “Delete my data”. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted, and tell you about anything we must keep by law. If you still have approved cashback of ₹100 or more, we'll help you withdraw it first.

11. Children

Vibezo is meant for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this website before it takes effect.
